To take part in Athlete X you will need to sign up to the program starting on the 4th April. This is a 6 month program that finishes on the 16 October 2016. All conditioning sessions will be held at Dan Willment Fitness or on some lost trail in the wild!

2 One80 Sessions per Week – 6am or 5.15pm

2 conditioning sessions per Week- 515am and 6pm

Weekend team Athlete X activity (run/ ride/ swim)- 7am to 10am
