ABOUT ONE80

One80 is a fitness and weight loss challenge that has been running for almost 10 years. Our focus is on performance and adapting a sustainable eating plan to find your body’s fitness optimum. When done in the correct manner you will lose body fat and centimetres, gain balanced muscle mass and feel physically stronger than ever. 
 
One80 is for anyone who wants to lose weight and improve their overall fitness, strength or sports performance.

The One80 sessions are based on high intensity resistance, movement and explosive training  principles. The sessions are hard but we strongly believe that your body needs to be challenged in order to progress. We structure the sessions in a way that everyone, no matter your fitness level, will be working at the perfect intensity. 
 
The group sessions will be professionally structured and run by trainers who will motivate, correct, demonstrate and give you tips on how to perform at your best. 
 
The One80 Challenge is a competition and the winner is the person who banks the most points. You will earn points by attending sessions, weekend STRAVA activities, weekly FitGames challenges,  weight & centimeter loss and bonus points. Your points and interactive leaderboard will be tracked on your personal One80 App
