We understand that everone is unique. You will have a video orientation with your coach, and work with them directly to set your goals, outline the best approach and adapt it to your schuedule.

You will receive a custom built training plan from your coach that is specifically designed for you and your goals, hosted on one of our client training apps.

Constant communication with your coach who will encourage accountability as well as make any adjustments or changes to your training plan based on your feeback.

Who Is Coaching For?

Personal coaching is a must for anyone with a specific fitness goal who is looking to take their training to the next level, who are seeking guidance on “how to get there” or for those who are looking to maximize their training time and efficiency. We welcome people of all backgrounds, fitness levels and time constraints. Our clients range from ultra marathoners to Grand Traverse hikers and to those just looking to lose weight and feel confident in their own body. Dan and his team have the knowledge and experience to take anyone who is committed to training from zero to become a 100 mile ultra runner. We challenge each client to set extraordinary goals. 

How Online Coaching Works

 

1. COMMIT

You come to us with a need to outsource your training and nutrition to an expert. You don’t want to stress over how to train for a specific event or how to get in shape and just want to follow a customized plan that works. If that sounds like you, then you should consider working with me.

2. LET'S TALK

I would like to get to know you and exactly what you want from your fitness journey. Fill out the contact form below and we will arrange a 30 minute Zoom consult where we will discuss training, nutrition, goals and the best approach for you going forward.

3. GET STARTED

Once we are ready to start training you will have access to the training app where you will receive daily strength programs, endurance schedules and nutritional guidance.

4. CONSTANT SUPPORT

Achieving your endurance & fitness goals needs accountability and motivation. I will make sure you are on track by constantly monitoring your training stats and motivating you to be at your best. As your dedicated coach you will be able to contact me 24/7 via email, WhatsApp or Zoom meetings.
