Jason is an active, Sporty and Friendly person. He has been involved in all sorts of sports throughout his life ranging from Rugby, Soccer and Cycling to Snow Skiing and Snowboarding. He is a qualified Sports and Fitness Conditioning trainer, Sports Massage therapist and Snow Ski Instructor. Jason is a trainer that is always looking to learn new methods and techniques, he can help you lose weight, gain muscle, set specific training programs for athletes, reach your Discovery active rewards and motivate you to be a better you.

Gareth completed his studies as an ‘exercise specialist’ at the end of 2015 and has been helping his clients achieve their own goals inside health clubs and at home around Durban since.

Gareth believes in taking you out of your comfort zone and that a cup of consistency every morning will get you there .Gareth will help you lose weight, become cardiovascular fit, create new lean muscle growth while losing body fat%, hop on his leaner, faster, stronger program or kick some butt with a 30 minute focus mitts and boxing bag training session.
